Step 4: Apply the Top

We have two kinds of apple pie topping: Double Crust and Crumb Crust.

Our Double Crust is a traditional pie top

And our Crumb Crust is similar to a Dutch Apple Pie

Step 5: Put it in the oven!

It’s time to bake it to a Golden Brown perfection!

Once it comes out of the oven, it’s time to eat!

Step 6: Enjoy!

So now you know that each pie is handmade with the utmost love and care. Come enjoy a slice in the Hawk’s Head Tavern with a scoop of ice cream!
