Step 2: Mix the Apple Pie Filling

Our apple pie filling is very simple, because that is the way it should be! There are only four ingredients: Apples, Sugar, Corn Starch and Cinnamon. And that’s all we’ll ever use.

Once you’ve added all of the ingredients, it’s time to mix it all together.

Once it’s all mixed together, on to the next step.

Step 3: Assemble and weigh the pie

If we say you’re purchasing a 5lb pie, it’s because that’s how much it weighs.

Once we have verified that the pie is at the proper weight, it’s time to top it.
