Corporate Events

Our historic 1880s Packing Shed comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests, and the adjacent courtyard seats an additional 60-80 guests – plus, the courtyard is perfect for hosting a beer garden! For larger groups, ask your Event Coordinator about additional outdoor seating on the Heritage Homestead main green in our charming marquee tents.

Looking for a corporate getaway? No problem. Our events come in three unique packages:

barnState Fair

$30 per adult/$25 per child

*Minimum of 135 adults

Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers/Hot dogs

Activities: hayride, tug of war, sack races, corn toss, 19th Century games.

49er Adventure

$35 per adult/$25 per child

*Minimum of 115 adults

Activities: hayride, tug of war, gold panning activities such as sluice and rocker box, candle dipping, tomahawk throwing.

* Prices listed above are valid when the minimum of $4,000 is met

* Band and dance caller may be added to the State Fair and 49er Adventure packages for $800

* Ask your Event Coordinator a bout gluten free menu options.

* Colonial Faire event tickets/Red Riding Hood Goes West dinner theater tickets may be purchased in group sales as an add on

Terms and Conditions

*Groups may book a luncheon during business hours in the colonial tavern Monday-Thursday.

* Service staff is dressed in 1770s attire, and the Hawk’s Head will remain open to the public.

* Prices include preferred seating for 90 minutes, place settings, and family style meals.

* All luncheons include our fresh, homemade Sally Lunn bread and butter, green salad with choice of vinaigrette or buttermilk dressing, apple crisp as well as bottomless lemonade, iced tea, water, and coffee.

* Two Activities – tomahawk throwing, archery, hayrides, candle dipping – may be added for an additional $5 per person. All activities take place over a total of 30-40 minutes before or after your meal.

* Children under age three (3) are free.

Private Dinner Theater

A premiere seasonal dinner event personalized for your group!

Challenge your friends, family, or coworkers to a Sherlock Holmes murder mystery dinner in March or a Sleepy Hollow pumpkin carving contest in October!

Private performances may be arranged during the seasonal run of each show. Imagine our most beloved dinner events with you as the guest of honor!
