Looking for a special place for your next big occasion?

The farm is a big place and we have two banquet facilities — the 1880s Packing Shed and the Colonial Tavern — but we can also host outdoor events for up to 1200 guests.  We’re the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, a rehearsal dinner, an anniversary, a retirement, or just about any occasion you can name.  Let’s get started!


Colonial Tavern

Our 18th Century Style Tavern is the perfect place for your next special occasion.  Built from New Hampshire white pine and featuring an over-sized roaring fire place, this post-n-beam space is both comforting and intimate.  Our servers and hosts are dressed in authentic 18th century attire, and you can add live music and living history activities to your celebration.  This space can offer seating for up to 80 people, with space for more outside during the summer.

Budget Celebrations During Public Hours

$400 and up..

Planning a child’s birthday or a casual get-together with friends?  If your event takes place during our public hours, and you make a minimum purchase of $400 in food and beverages, we will reserve seating for your group and give you a 10% discount on your food and beverages.  This is a bakery window option, but you can add table service and linens at an extra charge. Beer, wine, and hard cider available at the tavern cage.

Service Option:  If you would like your meal served with table linens, add $400, plus 18% gratuity. Purchase must be paid ahead in full, to qualify for discount & reserved seating.  Menu purchases made in excess of the minimum will be collected on the day of your event.

Private Event Options

Enjoy the venue all to yourselves.
Our standard options include a server-attended buffet line, but you can arrange for plate service as well.

1880s Packing Shed

The 1880s Packing Shed has deep roots in Oak Glen and is the perfect place for your next barn party.  The facility features a stage and seating for up to 160, with outdoor space in the summer.  Your guests will socialize in front of a roaringoutdoor barbecue with options for ribs, tri-tip, chicken and all the fixin’s.

Theater Events

A premiere seasonal dinner event personalized for your group!

Stage a special theater event for friends, family or co-workers.  We can schedule a special performance for most of
our dinner theater programs.  Minimums apply.

 

If you’ve enjoyed a Riley’s Farm Theatre Company event, and wish to make it truly personal, than this is the experience for you.


Rules

The Fine Print

  1. All guests agree to abide by Riley’s Farm Terms and Conditions and Waiver of Liability.
  2. Menu-splitting: if you opt to offer more than one main course, side, or dessert, you are responsible for polling your attendees and tabulating totals two weeks prior to the event.
  3. Private Events require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
  4. Final payment for all private events must be made at least one week prior to the event.
  5. Riley’s Farm does not allow outside food.  Please ask for corkage fees.
  6. Please instruct all guests to drive slowly and cautiously on farm roads.  Children and animals are present.
  7. Any outside music or performance must be pre-approved by Riley’s Farm.
  8. Unless otherwise approved in advance, most events are limited to a time span of four hours.
  9. Weather policy: Riley’s Farm reserves the exclusive right to cancel an event due to weather, in which case a full re-fund or a re-shcedule will be arranged.
  10. Guests may arrange to decorate the venue by permission of the Riley’s Farm event manager, but no materials are to be stored overnight and Riley’s Farm will not be responsible for anything stolen or damaged on site.
  11. While Riley’s Farm will make every attempt to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee any particular dish will be entirely free of unwanted ingredients such as nuts, milk, soy, etc.  If a guest suffers from an extreme allergy, we can arrange to refrigerate and serve their own food items.
  12. We offer rehearsal dinners, but we do not host wedding ceremonies or receptions.  The logistics and planning associated with weddings taxes our ability to maintain our other programs.
